With the nice weather and Memorial Day fast approaching below are some tips for all your barbequing needs.

Both charcoal and gas grills are designed to be used outdoor only. When placing your grill outside keep a safe distance away from all structures.  Watch for low hanging tree branches and over extending flower bushes.

Make sure your grill site is stable. Only set up your grill on a flat surface.  Make sure your grill can’t be tipped over.

Keep the Grill Clean. Grease is fuel for a fire so remove grease from both the grill and the tray below.

Never leave a lit grill unattended. Have all your cooking supplies within reach.

In the event of a fire have a fire extinguisher on hand. If you don’t have a fire extinguisher, keep a bucket of sand next to the grill and baking soda. Always remember never use water on a grease fire.

Remember these tips for a happy and safe BBQ.
